The certification of documents related to conducting foreign economic activities (commercial documents) is within the statutory functions of the Sumy Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Typically, this service is required by enterprises that carry out their foreign economic activity or those exporting products to countries such as Vietnam, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Sudan, Turkey, the Philippines, etc.
The certification of documents related to conducting foreign economic activities (commercial documents) is a procedure for confirming the validity of original documents of commercial nature issued by enterprises, organizations or state institutions, representative offices of foreign economic entities registered in Ukraine, to provide them to foreign counterparts, taking into account the requirements of the consular institutions of foreign countries in Ukraine.
List of documents related to foreign economic activities that may be submitted by applicants for certification:
- Treaties and agreements, contracts and annexes to them, specifications, invoices, bills of lading, consignment notes, document of title, customs declarations, manufacturer’s declarations, etc.;
- Originals and/or properly certified copies of the following: certificates of origin, veterinary certificates, quality certificates, phytosanitary certificates (annexes thereto), free trade certificates, certificates of conformity, hygiene certificates, sanitary and epidemiological conclusions, radiological certificates, health certificates;
- Notarised copies of: a charter, foundation agreement, minutes of general meetings and other documents;
- Extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations, certified by the seal of this enterprise, organization, institution, firm, etc.
